Le Barn has always cherished the past with a love for antiques and stories and the history they hold, but at the same time, Le Barn commends creativity, unique design and most of all innovation. We live in a World where new designers and creatives are constantly emerging: furniture designers, fashion labels, architects, painters, the list goes on! But to survive today, to catch the eye of a blogger, or grab the attention of the editor of today's top design magazine, you have to be doing something new, something different, something unique. And you have to be doing it well. Meet Holly Fowler. (http://www.hollyfowler.com/#!story/cff9) Holly is a fresh young London designer who combines couture dressmaking with virtuoso painting.  Each of her sleek hand-painted gowns is one-of-a-kind, representing hundreds of hours of work.  Fowler designs have the graphic impact of pop art but with a romantic beauty reminiscent of the Pre-Raphaelite: exquisite dresses for the up-to-date princess. Holly's works are available at Bergdorf Goodman and Modaoperandi. She has also taken her brush to a new canvas - the Hermes Birkin bag, sold via Modaoperandi starting in April. 44-Holly-Fowler-6 images
