This April, two American classics come to Broadway.
Five-time Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara and Academy Award nominee Ken Watanabe star in Rodgers and Hammerstein's THE KING AND I at Lincoln Center directed by Tony winner Bartlett Sher. AN AMERICAN IN PARIS is the romantic story of a young American soldier, a beautiful French girl and an indomitable European city, each yearning for a new beginning in the aftermath of war. Directed by ballet dancer and choreographer Christopher Wheeldon and based on the iconic 1951 MGM musical, which was itself inspired by a 1928 Gershwin orchestral piece, this beautiful play and the music is not to be missed.
