It's January. Gym memberships skyrocket. Juice cleanses sell out. Personal Trainers have their busiest month. It is J-A-N-U-A-R-Y! We at Le Barn have tried and tested our fair share of workout trends in the new year - some successfully, some not so successfully. We are always up for new workouts, but this year, after a very busy few weeks filled with family and feasts, we are focusing on making a difference right in our very own kitchen. We invite you to join us to eat clean, fresh and as local as possible. Put on your apron and get dirty.
