It’s January. Gym memberships skyrocket. Juice cleanses sell out. Personal Trainers have their busiest month. It is J-A-N-U-A-R-Y!

We at Le Barn have tried and tested our fair share of workout trends in the new year – some successfully, some not so successfully. We are always up for new workouts, but this year, after a very busy few weeks filled with family and feasts, we are focusing on making a difference right in our very own kitchen. We invite you to join us to eat clean, fresh and as local as possible. Put on your apron and get dirty. Here are some of our favorite recipes to help detox and freshen up with as we head into the New Year.
